Techmate Staff

Techmate has been serving the financial services industry since 1984. Over the years, Operations Plus products have become the most widely used Broker/Dealer back office systems in the industry. The three main reasons for our success are the thoroughness of the system relative to the low entry and usage fees, the ease of learning and using the system, and the quality and availability of client support.

The atmosphere around the Techmate offices is one of a close knit family. This family not only includes the employees of Techmate, but also the clients which we support. One reason for Techmate's family atmosphere stems from the longevity of our relationships with our clients. Rod Lueck, President of Techmate, built relationships with our clients long before he entered the software business. As each new Broker/Dealer decides to build a relationship with us, we are there to help them grow and prosper as a leading Broker/Dealer in the industry.

We are absolutely committed to the success of our clients. We aggressively get to know our clients and make sure that they are getting what they want from the Operations Plus products. Perhaps this explains why we still have clients from the first year the system was made available in 1985. Visit our offices or attend an Operations Plus Users Group meeting and you may feel like you're at a family reunion. We know our clients personally, and our clients know each other.

Rod Lueck - President

Rod started in the financial services industry in 1978 as a financial planner with E.F. Hutton's "Hutton Financial Services" division. Two of his current clients were fellow planners at Hutton in 1979. From there he moved on to run an OSJ for Private Ledger and then was recruited to Integrated Resources Equity Corp. as a recruiter and sales trainer. The original Operations Plus was programmed by people shuffled out of Integrated Resources when their Broker/Dealer was moved from Denver to New York in 1984/1985. Integrated's demise became apparent in 1988 and Mr. Lueck stepped into Techmate as a financial backer and eventually as president of the company. Concurrent with his move to Techmate in 1988, Rod formed his own Broker/Dealer which he eventually sold to one of Techmate's clients in 1995.

Gary Blair - Senior Programmer

Gary is our Senior Programmer. Gary’s entire family achieved 2nd Degree Black Belts in Karate over several years of intense training and testing. With that accomplishment in hand, Gary has turned to coaching his boys football team in his spare time.

Lee Adkins - Manager

Lee joined Techmate, Inc. in 1996. His responsibilities include office management, training of new and existing clients and technical support. Lee received his B.A. from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1991. In his free time he enjoys coaching midget football, history and science fiction.

Larry Lueck - Sales

Greg Fisher - Media Marketing

Greg joined the Techmate team in 2009. Greg earned a B.S. from Arizona State University in May 2009. Greg is a pilot, and enjoys flying on the weekends.

Nick Carter - Information Technology

Nick joined the Techmate team in 2011. He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Computer Information Systems in 2010. Nick is a Colorado native and enjoys the outdoors.
