Replication
New Replication Option Available in WinOPS
A new replication option is available in the WinOPS System. This option will allow the “Near Live” Synchronization of two or more databases. Any information entered, changed or deleted from one database will automatically trigger the exact same change at the other database location(s). This is an ideal option for offsite backups, hosted remote services, or office co-location.
Images
Image Screen Redesign
The image are of WinOPS has been redesigned an updated. The main screen is now fully scalable, and the information panel now has two tabs, one for the Image information and the other for the new workflow information. The information panel is now fully collapsible. Digital Signatures are now handled directly in the PDF and the old Digital signature Panel at bottom has been removed.
One Step Image Add
The addition of new images has been simplified to be a single one step process. Clicking on the “Add PDF” button launches a file browse window for you to select the PDF you wish to add, when the file is selected, an image record is automatically added with the new PDF already in the database. Clicking the “Add Image” button launches the image import form for you to load any other image type or scan an image directly. Clicking the done button from the image import form adds the image record automatically with the new image already converted to PDF and in the database.
Drag and Drop Images
PDF and TIFF files can now also simply be dragged from any windows explorer window and dropped on to the Image Grid window in the upper left hand side of the screen. When the image is dropped, a new image record will be automatically created, with the image filename in the description field and the image, (converted to PDF if necessary), stored in the database.
Compliance Console
New Compliance Console Utility Available in WinOPS
There is a new Compliance Console utility which will enable you to implement a fully customizable workflow inside the WinOPS System. This utility is where you add, edit, and manage all workflow information within the WinOPS System.
